EINZIGARTIGES, AUTHENTISCHES HAUS IN UNÜBERTREFFLICHER LAGE DIREKT AM MEER​

Das im Südosten der Insel, direkt am Meer gelegene Haus ist eine Seltenheit. Das 1890 erbaute Haus wurde vor acht Jahren sorgfältig mit mallorquinischem Stilwissen Kernsaniert. Originale Jugendstil Bodenfliesen wurden erhalten und mit handgearbeiteten Ton Bodenfliesen,- und Deckenziegeln kombiniert. Der typisch mallorquinische Patio mit Zisterne wurde erhalten.

Von der Promenade direkt am Meer betritt man den Vorgarten, von dem man die privilegierte überdachte Terrasse mit Meerblick erreicht. Im Erdgeschoß ist zunächst ein Wohnzimmer und ein Gästezimmer und anschliessend das großzügige Esszimmer mit Kamin von welchem aus man Zugang zur Küche und zum Patio mit überdachter Terrasse hat. Von der überdachten Terrasse des Patio betritt man das Gästebad und vom Patio die Garage die als Vorratsraum und Waschküche benutzt wird.

Vom Kaminzimmer aus führt eine Treppe, unter der ein Weinkeller ist, in den ersten Stock. Dort ist ein großes Arbeitszimmer von dem man die beiden Schlafzimmer, eine Ankleide und ein Bad erreicht und Zugang zur Terrasse der Patio Seite bietet. Beide Schlafzimmer haben, wie auch die davor gelegene Terrasse, einen phantastischem Meerblick.

Eines der besten Fischrestaurants der Insel, etliche weitere Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und der Yachthafen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 10 Minuten gelangt mann zu fuss an einen langen Sandstrand der mitten in einem Naturschutzgebiet liegt.

Located in the southeast of the island, this seafront house is a rarity. The 1890 constructed house was carefully redeveloped with Majorcan style knowledge eight years ago. Original Art Nouveau tiles were recovered and combined with hand-made clay floor & ceiling tiles. The typical mallorcan patio with a cistern was preserved.

From the promenade by the sea, you enter the front garden from which you can reach the privileged terrace with sea views. On the ground floor, entering is a living room and next to it guest room, followed by a spacious dining room with fireplace, from which one has access to the kitchen and the patio with a covered terrace. From the covered terrace of the patio you enter the guest bathroom and the gives access to the garage, which is used as a pantry and laundry room.

From the dining room a staircase, under which is a wine cellar, leads to the first floor, where there is a large study, that gives access to two bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom and to the terrace on the patio side. Both bedrooms, as well as the terraces in front of them, have a wonderful sea view.

The house is heated by electric night storage heating and is equipped with air conditioning on the first floor.

One of the best fish restaurants on the island, a number of other restaurants, supermarket, bakery and the marina are nearby. At a 10 minutes walking distance there, is a long sandy beach which is located in a nature reserve.
