EXPERIENCE
As a teenager, I grew up in a multicultural and international atmosphere in Deia, Majorca. During this time I learned to speak Spanish, English, French and Catalan, in addition to German, native language. As an multilingual communicator I enable communication between people of different mentalities and languages.
While I studied architecture in Berlin, I was involved in various collaborations with other architects and a variety of interesting projects. I started in the field of building restoration, followed by planning and design work to competitions and before returning to Mallorca I worked as a senior project architect. During and after my studies I gained 12 years of experience as an architect in Germany.
In 1997, I founded my own office in Palma de Mallorca. I am a member of the Chamber of Architects of the Balearic Islands. Since then I've realized architectural and interior design projects for international clients in Mallorca and collaborated with various architects and promotors on the island.
COMPETENCE
In addition to new construction - and reconstruction projects, I am also a specialist in the "rescue" of projects that have, for different reasons in the course of their implementation, evolved to building ruins. Through these experiences, I have become an expert in projects with complex legal backgrounds.
Besides my work as an architect, I have worked with international real estate companies in Mallorca as a real estate consultant. I know the particular needs of investors & developers from different angles, from purchasing to sales, very well.
Since graduating I have been working on Apple Macintosh with the CAD software ArchiCAD, the pioneer software BIM (Building Information Modeling) revolution.
I am an expert in creating renderings, 3D animations and videos for project competitions, presentations and sales materials.
CREATIVITY
The presence as well as the future require appropriate and flexible solutions. In close cooperation with the customer projects emerge from sketches, through live 3D processing with the client, up to the presentation on the Internet.
